Be present in morning when you rise.
Feel the sheets on your bed.
Notice the air, is it still or moving?
Notice the aromas and sounds. What is going on?
There is never nothing going on.
Be present during your morning ritual.
Give attention to your breath.
Feel your heart beating.
Give gratitude that you are alive.
Be present on your way to work.
Traffic is a journey of patience
It gives you time to envision the day.
Gives you some time to pray.
Be present, now.
